Customer Service Agreement
- Introduction
This Customer Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of customer support services by Fonn Limited (“Fonn”) to users of the Fonn software product (“Software”). By using the Software, users agree to abide by these terms.
2. Customer Support Services
Availability: Fonn provides customer support during regular business hours.

Response Time: Fonn aims to respond promptly to inquiries, typically within one business day.
Scope: Support covers technical issues, bug reports, and general queries related to the Software.
- Exclusions
Customisation: Support does not include custom development or personalised modifications.
Third-Party Services: Fonn is not responsible for third-party integrations or services.
User Responsibilities: Users must follow guidelines and provide accurate information for effective support.
- Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds: Refunds are subject to Fonn’s refund policy.
Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time, following the cancellation process outlined on the Fonn website.
- Limitation of Liability
Fonn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Software, even if Fonn has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Fonn’s total cumulative liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the Software during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fonn, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the user’s use of the Software, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
- Additional Clauses
Confidentiality: All content provided by Fonn, including documentation, training materials, and support communications, is confidential and may not be shared or distributed without Fonn’s explicit consent.
Single Sign-In: Each user is allowed one unique sign-in account for the Software, which must not be shared or accessed by anyone else. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts, and any unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination.
Account Removal: Upon cancellation of the user’s account, access to the Software will be immediately revoked.

Community Guidelines: Users are expected to follow community guidelines, which include treating others with kindness, refraining from spamming or trolling, and contributing positively to discussions.
